Returns & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. All original tags and hygiene liners must remain attached.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if the hygiene liner or tags have been removed, or if the item has been worn, washed, stained, altered or damaged after delivery.

Once a return is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Free size exchange within Dubai.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under UAE law, including rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
