1. About these Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from She Moves through our website and to related services, including the She Moves Selection Bag. By placing an order or booking a service, you agree to these Terms together with the policies displayed on our website. Where mandatory UAE consumer law gives you rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited, those rights will apply.
2. Business Information
She Moves operates from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The website should display the legal/trade name, business address, licensing authority and customer contact details applicable to the licensed entity operating She Moves.
3. Products & Product Information
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on photography, lighting and screen settings. Measurements and fit guidance are approximate and are provided to help with size selection. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed in AED unless otherwise stated. The price shown at checkout is the price applicable to the order, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors before acceptance. Any applicable taxes, delivery charges or other charges will be shown before the customer confirms the order.
5. Orders & Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order may be declined or cancelled before fulfilment where, for example, an item is unavailable, payment is not authorized, customer or delivery information cannot be verified, there is an obvious pricing or website error, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded.
6. Payment
Orders must be paid using the payment methods offered at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information and for being authorized to use the selected payment method. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers and is subject to their security and processing procedures.
7. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions, offers and discount codes are subject to availability and any specific conditions stated with the offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively. We may withdraw or correct a promotion affected by an obvious error or misuse, subject to applicable law.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges, estimated delivery times and eligible locations are set out in our Shipping Policy. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reasonable access for delivery. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed where delays arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Swimwear must meet the stated hygiene and condition requirements for a voluntary return or exchange. These conditions do not remove any mandatory rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods under applicable UAE law.
10. Selection Bag
The Selection Bag is a curated try-at-home service. The customer has 24 hours from delivery to try the selection and decide what to keep. All pieces must be tried on over underwear with tags and hygiene liners attached. Items not kept must be returned in their original condition within the agreed return or collection process. Items that are missing, worn beyond fitting, washed, stained, altered, damaged, or returned without required tags or hygiene liners may be treated as purchased, subject to applicable law and the payment terms disclosed when the service is arranged. Any applicable authorization, deposit, delivery or collection charge will be communicated before booking.
11. Hygiene
For health and hygiene reasons, swimwear that does not meet the return conditions stated on our website may be ineligible for a voluntary return or exchange. This does not affect mandatory legal remedies for faulty or incorrectly supplied products.
12. Customer Information
Customers must provide accurate and current information when ordering or using our services. We are not responsible for delivery failures or other issues caused by materially incorrect information supplied by the customer, except where the law provides otherwise.
13. Website Availability & Errors
We may update, suspend or change parts of the website, product information, availability or services from time to time. We may correct obvious typographical, technical, pricing or stock errors. Nothing in this clause allows She Moves to avoid an obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
14. Intellectual Property
The She Moves name, branding, website content, photographs, graphics, product presentation and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior permission, except where permitted by law.
15. Misuse & Fraud
We may refuse or cancel orders or services where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, unauthorized payment use, abuse of promotions, repeated misuse of the Selection Bag, or other unlawful activity. Any action taken under this clause remains subject to applicable law and legitimate consumer rights.
16. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, She Moves is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable from a breach. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability or remedies that cannot be excluded under UAE consumer protection law.
17. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements. Payment information may be processed by secure third-party payment providers. Customer data will not be used in a manner inconsistent with applicable privacy and consumer protection requirements.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time an order is placed will apply to that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with the customer.
19. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the competent authorities or courts having jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or dispute-resolution procedures that apply.
